Protecting Property Rights
We initiate and maintain litigation to vindicate, uphold and enforce civil, constitutional, and other legal rights under federal, state, and local laws and procedures concerning real and other property and land use, and educate the public and others about these issues.
DPRA Challenges Harborplace Ballot Initiative
The DPRA filed a request on September 5, 2024 for judicial review on the city’s ballot initiative (Question F) to remove the Harborplace pavilions from the Inner Harbor park and allow uses such as parking and the building of residential and office towers.
